How the hell did that happen? My comment was supposed to go on your post about the pancakes. I guess you could put some of your homemade syrup on Namdaemun, though, too - it might make everyone feel a bit better.

You know, you can make your own maple syrup at home without much effort. Just find a Canadian and steal the flag patch off their backpack. Then, go home and boil the patch with some sugar for about 30 minutes. Voila: maple syrup.

You're welcome.

Marquita! I hope I'm not intruding on your blog, but I was delighted to come across it and couldn't restrain myself from commenting. I am thoroughly impressed by your eloquent language skills; your students are very lucky to have such a skilled mentor. It was a pleasure to read your posts. Living in Korea looks just as engrossing as I imagined it to be. If it were me I don't know that I would ever want to return to the States. You look beautiful and your family looks very happy. I hope all is well.
